The Object of Desire

This piece is a smoothly edited, poetic work with very abstract forms and soft bleeding colours. Flaxton combines natural elements, such as rose petals, water, smoke, and fire, with graphic images and animations. This gives the sense of an abstracted painting or drawing, with some more obvious symbolism, but mostly collaged shapes and movements that only suggest recognizable forms. (lg)
